Afternoon Play

This is what we usually did almost every afternoon when I was staying in my grandmother's house. A mini-car ride...

The ride is soooo attractive with a loud children songs... I just couldn't resist it... hehehe. My grandmother will take me and Aulia outside to ride the mini car. Of course we have to pay and, thank god, it is cheap... ;-p

For one round (means one price) we can ride on the car for one song long. If we want another song, we have to pay one more time... Well, my grandmother only gave us 1 time ride at once, cause she had to pay for 2 children... hehehe...

My little Aunties..

I have some little Aunties in Indonesia... I mean they are actually still children (like me ;-p), but they are my Aunties...

The first one seen in this picture is Vani, Mama's youngest sister. Although she has a tall and big body, she's only 11 years old and still studying in 6th standard. She was my first friend in Jakarta hehehe....

The other one is Sofie. She's a daughter of Grandfather's younger sister. So she's my aunty. She's studying in 3rd standard. Actually, they live in Mama's native place in Bumiayu. But when I was in Jakarta, they came to visit and stayed with us for 1 week. I still have some little aunties uncles in Bumiayu, but too bad I can't see them because we didn't go to Bumiayu that time. Hope next time we can meet them all.... Insha Allah.

Visit to Mbah Hari's house

My grandmother lives near by to some of her sister and brothers. So it is very easy for us to visit to each other. Of couse that was the first time for me to meet them all.

One day, we went to visit Mbah Hari and Mbah Eny (Mama called them Pakde & Bude, Mbah Hari is my grandmother's elder brother). They live with their daughter and grandchildren (it means my cousins also).

Mbah Eny is a very good cook. At least thats what Mama told me... hehehehe. Becasue I can see her eating all the time there... ;-p. While the best thing for Mama is the food... mine is the chace to meet my coisins and play with them...

Meet Naufal & Echa

Our mothers (Mama, Tante Lily & Tante Uci) are best friends in internet ^_^. Earlier, they share a lot of things together cause they feel in the same situation: Indonesian woman who live in India (Tante Lily's husband is not an Indian ;-p). They lived in Mumbai. After so many times making plas to meet in Mumbai (and always failed !!!), finally we met in... JAKARTA.

Yes, though we lived in India, we were all in Jakarta at the same time. The meeting took place in Park Lane Hotel where Tante Lily and her son Naufal stayed. We came around 11 AM in the morning. The meeting is only about our mothers talked.. talked.. and talked. We, babies, had to adjust with it ;-p. The meeting end at 9 PM.. !!!

Meet Nadia

One day we have guests. They were Auntie Natalia with her family. Mama and Auntie Natalia known each other for a couple of year through internet. Sometimes they chat, but mostly they email to each other.

So when we were in Jakarta, we plan to meet. since their house is near to my grandfather's house, they decided to come to visit us.

Nadia is Auntie Natalia's daughter. Her father also an Indian, but they all live in Jakarta. We played while our mothers busy talked. They brought me sweets. Thanks Nadia ^_^

Monas

When I was in Jakarta, I went for a morning trip to National Monument (Monas) which is known as the trademark of Jakarta. I went there with my family. There is a super big garden there. And we can make a small trip inside the complex by dokar (a traditional car that pull by one or two horse). And it's a good place for playing kite also .

Me & Aulia Part 2

One day My mother, my grandmother and Aunties brought us to a shopping center. While they busy searching for things they want to buy, me and Aulia also busy doing something... ^_^ Well, at least we agreed about one thing that time... hehehehe..

It was my first meeting with my only cousin in Jakarta, Sabreena Aulia. We are in the same age. We share the same month and the same year of birthday. Although we sometimes fought each other (mostly because of toys and fighting for our grandmother ;-p), but we spent good time together.

My First Plane Trip

I had my first trip by Plane when I was 1 year 2 months old... We (Mama & Me) went to Jakarta to visit my grandparents and family in Jakarta, Indonesia. That was my first visit to Jakarta and also the first time for Mama after her marriage.

I didn't make any problems inside the plane. Even I played very nicely when we have to wait for more than 3 hours (from 12.30 - 4 AM in the morning) in Cochin Airport because The plane was delayed.

The trip to Jakarta went smoothly. Soon after I got into the first flight that bring us to Mumbai, I feel to sleep. I slept while we were waiting for the next flight to Jakarta which was also late for 2 hours. I woke up only after 2 hours from the time the flight took off from Mumbai Airport. Me and mama played for a while, had our meal watched tv, and then again slept.. ^_L^. Finally after hours of trip, we landed in Jakarta international Airport, Soekarno-Hatta at 6 PM Indonesian time (around 4.30 PM Indian Time)

We back to ochin after 3 months. We had a night flight, so we didn't have much problem because again I slept most of the time. I was still awake until our transit in Changi Airport, Singapore. And we played and ate for some time before sleep. And we reached back in Cochin at 3 AM Indian time (4.30 AM Indonesian Time)
